1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unokidz (the “Service”), operated by ZEVARAS PRIVATE LIMITED (“ZEVARAS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Unokidz is an AI-powered school-home platform that connects parents, students, teachers, and school administrators. Features include AI-generated weekly insights, unified communication, an AI tutor, live bus tracking, attendance management, and school administration tools.

The Service is provided to schools and their associated communities under a subscription agreement. Individual role accounts (parent, student, teacher) are provisioned through a school’s subscription.

3. Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Promptly update your information to keep it accurate and complete.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Not share your credentials with any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being used fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Harass, bully, or harm any individual, particularly minors.
Upload or transmit malicious software, spam, or unsolicited messages.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service.
Impersonate another person, school, or organisation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software comprising the Service — including the Unokidz name, logo, AI features, and platform design — are owned by or licensed to ZEVARAS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

School-generated content (such as notifications, activity records, and attendance data) remains the property of the school. By using the Service you grant ZEVARAS a limited licence to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

7. AI Features and Accuracy

Unokidz uses AI to generate insights, summaries, and tutor responses. These outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They may contain errors or inaccuracies. AI-generated content should not replace the professional judgement of teachers, school leaders, or parents.

The AI Tutor Buddy is designed to provide hints and scaffolding, not direct answers. Schools are responsible for configuring and supervising AI features in accordance with their own academic policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZEVARAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by your school for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service relationship in accordance with the school subscription agreement. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will make school data available for export for a period of 30 days following termination, after which it may be deleted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify school administrators of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
